The excuse is that this is where Democrats originally came from. They destroyed these places first, and then moved on to destroy everything else they touch. After a Democrat storm rolls through, it's a long time coming to get things back in order if it even possible. Once the dependency happens, the nation ends up spending billion's trying to fix it, but the corruption is so great, that in many cases it can't be undone.

Wow, the most we paid in rent when we were around 21 was ummmmmm uhhhhhhhh hmmmmm I think uhhhhh $210.00 per month. The least we paid at 18 years old was $75.00 dollars a month. This was back in the early 70's. These were nice places back then that consisted of 5 rooms total -a living room, kicthen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom on around an acre of land.

These were very small houses, but it was nice or would do at the time.

We finally purchased land and built our first home at age 28. We've been rent free and out of debt ever since then. We are in our mid 60's now.

No desires to chase after the high end life, especially now, but good luck to those who think they just gotta have it that way. Hard to feel sorry for them when they get caught up in it, and especially when they were raised as spoiled rotten brats who were gullable to being used when those sparkling jewls were being cast out there in front of them like that.

Then here comes the government to bail them out with mine and everybody else's tax money. Then we see these people being able to run around in the streets burning, looting, and fighting the police as if they have no other responsibilities or obligations in their lives. It's unbelievable really.
