Nampa Idaho tops the list. Look what's at the bottom.

The past year has been a true test of the effectiveness of local leadership. City leaders have had to deal with economic difficulties like high inflation in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as other issues like elevated homicide rates.

Even during less difficult times, running a city is a tall order. The larger the city, the more complex it becomes to manage. In addition to representing the residents, local leaders must balance the public’s diverse interests with the city’s limited resources. That often means not everyone’s needs can or will be met. Leaders must carefully consider which services are most essential, which agencies’ budgets to cut or boost, and whether and how much to raise taxes, among other decisions.

Are you contemplating moving to Texas?
If I sell my home, yes. I can't keep suffering unaccountrable and perpetual abuses here, in more ways than one. Fort Worth seems great for costs, El Paso seems ok too. Austin might be nice, though some on another forum said it has gone downhill and is expensive now. Light years better than T.O I assure you.

Wow did they destroy DENVER

Denver was once paradise in the 70s and 80s.

Now it all leftist drug addicts

I lived in Waco for a short while. It was ok if you can handle the humidity in the summer.

If I were you, I would look at Idaho, Tennessee, Utah, South Carolina, or Florida.
Utah? Nice people I'm sure but I was under the impression it is a Mormon state. Not that there is anything wrong with that of course, but I wonder if there would be culture shock.
