Looked like an accident to me. The guy in white fell into the other player knocking him over backwards. The other guy was already falling over backwards and the fact that his heel caught in the hand of the first guy as he fell back just contributed to the fall, but it all happened too quickly to have been planned.

Until Balls last move, I would say it was an accident. But he clearly takes advantage of the position and pushes outward on Bam's ankle flipping him on his back. Certainly not like a guy running under someone going up for a dunk, but he causes Bam to fall with an unnatural move of his hand. That's what I see.

It looks like the NBA is looking into the play for possible action against Lamelo Ball. Like I said it was a weird unplanned play but Ball took advantage and ended up taking out the Heat's best player. The Heat lost the game and are eliminated from the playoffs.
