I'm just trying to get a handle on your take on religion. Are you saying that God changed between the Jewish bible and Christian texts, or that the Jewish God concept doesn't exist anymore or was never valid? Please clarify. Thanks.

When the Church inexplicably added the Jewish Torah to the New Testament in the 5th Century AD and declared them of "equal divine authority," it was a theological blunder that may yet destroy Western civilization.

Clearly not the same God. In the Old Testament, the injunction to love thy neighbor applies to other members of the tribe, only. Gentiles apply it universally--more divine, but less practical. I don't claim either god-figure "exists"just that Christianity was a step forward for humanity, but both god-figures suffer from written scriptures presented, ludicrously, as god speaking.
