Zone1 If you don't believe in the real Jesus and His Church, you are a heretic

... how do you explain the love, goodness, and joy that is also seen in this world?

how is that not capable of the former ...

Does this mean that the bad you have seen in this world has led you to the conclusion there is no God?

funny how christians play a role where they are good while ignoring the evil christianity is responsible for ... the evils replete throughout the bibles of all three desert religions. as that is their reason to believe in the heavens - their onesided and corrupt bibles.

Not especially, why?
It's another train of thought I was following in a different place, different subject. Ever hear of the marshmallow experiment usually done with little kids? The children are each given a marshmallow on a plate. The instructor leaves the room telling the children, If you haven't eaten your marshmallow by the time I return you will get a second marshmallow.

The point is that we are not a patient people. Some would feel one marshmallow was enough and eat the marshmallow. Others would put the marshmallow under the plate so they wouldn't see it. Some, who apparently didn't want a squashed marshmallow would turn their back to the marshmallow so they would not see it.

We expect things to happen quickly, sometimes instantly. Sometimes we forget there is a process and the process takes time. When you noted how much you had seen and then saw good as randomness, I wondered if part of your perspective is that life on earth has to do with wrongs aren't righted quickly enough. (My mind has a tendency to jump all over the place, but I was curious enough that I thought the question was worth asking.)

Randomness.
In Genesis a rebellion occurred. A fallen angel lied to Eve and she believed him over God who gave Adam and Eve everything. That fallen angel raised issues against Gods sovereignty, as well in the book of Job. Mortals chose to know both good and bad in the Eden rebellion and brought death to all. God has promised to fix it all=his kingdom. So once and for all time so it can never occur again it is being proven if God is correct( mortals knowing only good) or if the fallen angel is correct( mortals knowing both good and bad)--God is 100% correct, knowing bad=SUCKS.

Maybe for you.

Don't project.
For everyone. You shouldn't worry about how your behaviors will affect your death, you should worry about how your behaviors affect your life.

Luther, in so many ways was wrong. However, I have no doubt he loved Jesus. Too bad that love did not extend to working within the Church so that it might have remained unified.
He did not love Jesus. Read the book The Facts About Luther
If he ever changed it was on his death bed but I haven't heard anything about what happened at the point of death. . probably because it was a typical death, or whatever.. If he said anything at death that was noteworthy, someone would have taken a note of it

Just a few days before his death, he gave a sermon. It was on Christ, Christ crucified. And, if I recall correctly, that was all he proclaimed during his talk.
