I my case, one of my children was deprived of oxygen at birth. We were told he would never develop normally. We were told by 'experts' to think about warehousing him. That was 35 years ago. Today my son has a job, drives a car, got married and now we have a beautiful intelligent straight-A student granddaughter. Funny how life works.
