No it isn't at all.

I ask their name and I call them by that.

If it's a man I call them a man if it's a woman I call them a woman.

Anything they want beyond that and I just won't talk to them. They want me to use some stupid pronoun or whatever then I just walk away because I don't have the time, energy or inclination to do it. Fuck em, they have a name, use it.
