The solution is really simple and would reduce college costs for those who want a career instead of a degree.
Reduce tuition and subsidize that tuition for majors that will lead to a career. Science, medicine, engineering, math, should be next to nothing. Raise tuition and eliminate subsidizes for fluff majors that have no career path.
