Obama home is 13 ft/4 meters above current sea levels. About 3ft of sea level rise, ie less than a meter is expected by 2100. It appears well placed to have sea views without being at risk of inundation from sea level rise within the next couple of centuries.
In any case rich people are at lowest risk from sea level rise; they have plenty of options, from bringing in rubble fill to raise the ground level to constructing sea walls or to engineering their homes better. Or moving someplace better and absorb any financial losses. It is poor people on low lying land below 3ft/1m elevation that are the ones being harmed by sea level rise.

Yeah, because unless there is a nuclear war, a major asteroid hit, or a Yellowstone sized volcano popping up in the middle of Antarctica, that sea level isn't going to rise up to that house for TENS OF MILLIONS OF YEARS, until AA moves off the South Pole.

Since you claim to, how about answering some basic climate questions for us...
1. Why does one Earth polar circle have 9+ times the ice of the other?
2. Why is there ice age glacier south of Arctic Circle on Greenland but no such ice age glacier north of Arctic Circle on Alaska?
3. If the oceans are "warming" why is the record decade for canes still the 1940s?
4. If the oceans are "rising" why can't we see one single photo of land sinking?
