It helps when you make claim to support it with examples and contextYou're cunning, and that means you're not stupid.
Are you a personal witness to the penis of goad ?? By definition if you believe in God nothing came before Him. The point though isnt that you cant know what's good and evil only that you cant justify it without a standard of what is good (God). Without God it's just an opinion, and your opinion on what's good or evil is no more valid than mine or Hitler's. Without an objective standard (God) you cant justify Hitler as evil.
That wasn't the question dumbassYou're probably not familiar with the traditional US legal system. Maybe you live in a foreign land, I don't know.
In our legal system we have the presumption of innocence. Back in the day that principle was a feather in the cap of democracy and liberty, but that was then. Every person is innocent until the government proves him guilty.
Is that too hard to grasp?
In Afghanistan it's okay to murder a lady walking down the street. You can make up your own justification according to your God. Morally Justified.First, I dont believe there is an objective standard to morality. And if there was, it certainly wouldnt be a genocidal, greedy, jealous tyrant that likes to have babies killed.
Second, there are some universal agreements for morality. Such as murdering a lady for walking down the street. Or starving babies. That doesnt equate to any objective standard. It just means there are some common standards.
These definitions are not correct, so dont take them into an ethics class in college. Is this a thread repeat? I thought we went over this. That is exactly what morality is--- a set of values or weighting issued from God, whereas without God, issued by mere edict of decree by man, it digressing into ethics.
You brought it up. You first.
Just because something is legal doesn’t make it moral. In Afghanistan it's okay to murder a lady walking down the street. You can make up your own justification according to your God. Morally Justified.
God is every extant attribute of reality. I'm not saying God has those attributes. I am saying God is those attributes.God? wtf is "God?"
