The selling of diversity and affirmative action was that this would improve everything. Make things so much better. For some reason DEI became legitimized over time with it. In important employment or potentially dangerous employment every employee knows the weaknesses and it includes politics. Extremism in views and IQs are important along with comfort in working in different conditions must be considered.

This false claim is made just about every single time the term DEI is invoked. Even if it's not stated using the same words I've used, this is still the implication. That diversity, equity and inclusion policies are "bad" for America BECAUSE they allow lesser qualified individuals take jobs and seats in colleges and universities from better qualified whites individuals.

Why would this poster below be whining specifically about DEI if this were not the belief, I mean he's saying so:

And what happened to me is that for the last 11 months I'm been studying logical reasoning.

They warned us that once he got the hang of understanding how this works and started spotted all of the flaws in the things that are stated, in the media, by politicians, by Trump him self although he was not named specifically, how and why they are not true, as well as how to prove that they are not true, then we would begin to lose friends and our family members would stop talking to us.

I haven't lost any friends yet that I'm aware of, nor family members, but considering who you are, I am interested in what you consider the problem.
