Idiot Trump Blames the Constitution for His Failed First 100 Days

And there it is, Trump actually says out loud "the Constitutional checks and balances are bad for the country". And where are the Republicans in Congress? Nowhere. If president Obama had even uttered such a thing Republicans would have gone to impeachment proceedings immediately AND RIGHTLY SO. Any president that would claim the Constitution archaic and 'bad for the country' needs to be removed from office immediately.-

You have Trump in violation of his oath of office, to support protect and defend the constitution of the united states,.

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Where's Congress? This is how you know the democracy is in jeopardy, this man would do this and the party he belongs to does nothing. There is no debate any longer, the Republicans put their political party before all else even the Constitution.

/---- So why didn't Obozo and the Dems use the power of Constitutional Amendments to repair the "flawed" Constitution when they had all three branches of power?

This is where someone tells you what is required to change the constitution.
/---- How about me telling you?
Step 1: Two-thirds of both houses of Congress when the DemocRATS controlled them pass a proposed constitutional amendment. This sends the proposed amendment to the states for ratification.
Step 2: Three-fourths of the states (38 states) ratify the proposed amendment, either by their legislatures or special ratifying conventions. Obozo didn't even have to sign it.
So why didn't they try?
How to Amend the Constitution

Let's see.

Two thirds of the House.

Well, three out of the four congresses under Obama had a Republican majority. From 2009-2010 it was 255 to 179, now 288 is required for a 2/3rds majority.

In the Senate they had a majority three times, 59, 51, 53, none of which make up 2/3rds. As for the states, there is no way the Democrats would get 2/3rds in the House, or the Senate. As for the states, McCain got 22 of the 50 states out there, again, when you need 2/3rds of the states and you don't have that, then what's the point?
/--- His first two years --- His first two years Dems controlled everything. Why didn't they even try? It wasn't even on the radar that's why.

Which part of TWO THIRDS don't you get?

They didn't have two thirds in the House, the Senate, or the states. Would you flog a dead horse for no reason but show you're going to fail?

Also, it's not even the point. The point is the Constitution is broken, and the two main parties FAVOR the brokenness of it. It's the PEOPLE who should be wanting it to be fixed to get rid of the two main partisan politics parties.
Trump is a self made billionaire who kicked the shit out of Hillary and your entire party.

It took Trump two loans, and an inheritance of $200 million,
/---- The New York Times reported Jan. 2 that Fred Sr.’s will "divided the bulk of the inheritance, at least $20 million, among his children and their descendants, ‘other than my son Fred C. Trump Jr.’ "

‘In an interview with Fox News to mark the 100-day mark, he declared himself “disappointed” with congressional Republicans, despite his many “great relationships” with them.

He blamed the constitutional checks and balances built in to US governance. “It’s a very rough system,” he said. “It’s an archaic system … It’s really a bad thing for the country.”’

No, Trump and Congressional Republicans are ‘really a bad thing’ for the country.

You have to give credit to where credit is due.

At least Trump does not dismiss the Constitution and ignore it or make Executive Orders that defy it.

Actually he does, which is why judges smacked the shit out of him for doing so.

Your liberal puke judges will be destroyed along with the rest of the left wing.

/---- Obozo's belief. 1.) Obama: Constitution is 'Deeply Flawed'

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama described the U.S. Constitution as having “deep flaws” during a September 2001 Chicago public radio program, adding that the country’s Founding Fathers had “an enormous blind spot” when they wrote it.
Obama also remarked that the Constitution “reflected the fundamental flaw of this country that continues to this day.”
2.) Obozo's plan: " “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” " BHO

The constitution was deeply flawed. It took 26 amendments to make it better.

Now Comrade Trump is seeking advice from the Philippine President on how to legally detain and kill. Maybe Putin's suggestions are falling short?

Breaking Update:

The media misquoted Trump. He never said the Constitution was archaic. Here's the transcript.

I realize the GOP had 7 years to prepare to kill maobamacare and evidently pissed it away. They've been talking about taxes for the same period and don't seem to have their shit together on that either. That's not Trumps failure, it's theirs.

.

Quite the opposite. Trump claimed he could ride the bucking bronco. So if he falls off, it's Trumps fault, not the horse.

The Great Negitiator is turning out to be the Great Placator. Watch him roll over and turn his back on campaign promises.

Trump is correct, you are the idiot. Or you are just being intentionally dishonest to troll. Those idiots in congress have a huge majority, yet they can't pass a bill. Trump held up his end, he won the presidency which is what House Republicans said they needed. Well what's the fucking hold up?

They can't pass a bill because they're all horrible ideas.

Yep, nary a one has been halted by the courts. :laugh2:

It [US Constitution] was a product of its times and its politics.

The problem right now is that the people don't want to fix the problems it is causing to present day society.

The purpose of our Constitution is to protect the people from the government.

Specifically, what problems are being caused by the Constitution?

I think the biggest problem is the inability to enforce the Constitution when it is violated.

The Constitution has become like the Ten Commandments. Most people just ignore them. It's more of a warning than the law of the land.

That is a terrible flaw.

I wonder what they are after?

Actually, the figure is $40 to $200 million.

Then he gambled on his abilities by taking out two loans and then, only 40+ years later he's magically a multi-billionaire.

Given that, you could have taken $1,000, taken out two loans and have $10 or $20 million today. Do you?

Congressional republicans had 7 years to get their shit together on maobamacare and couldn't do it. Everyone is disappointed in them and it will show in 2018 if they don't get it done.

.
Oh? And your other option is?
