I think a lot of you may have missed the link Fort Fun Indiana provided in post #40. It show the man walk from his truck to confront a girl and the 2 of them throw hands at each other. she backs up and he pushes down a declining area in the grass, and the man continues after her. He reaches for her, and another girl grabs at him. He pushes/swings at that girl and she swings at him, and then another person tackles the man and more people join in.

I don't know what was said to bring this on. I don't think it looks good, however, for an adult man (not elderly and with no obvious disability) to aggressively physically confront a high school girl like that. None of the other kids appeared to be physically involved until the man had the first girl on her back in the grass.

Of course we're all just internet detectives working with very limited evidence here, but my first impression is that at least some charges against the man are going to stick, while none of the students are likely to face any legal repercussions for this particular incident.
