New video appears to undermine claims by the federal government regarding an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who shot a Venezuelan migrant in January.

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons said last month that the two agents involved in the incident, who have since been placed on administrative leave, had appeared to have lied under oath and could face criminal charges.
