Prosecutors said Morgan was driving a rented, unmarked SUV on the shoulder of Minnesota State Highway 62, when a vehicle driven by the victims moved briefly into the shoulder to try to slow him down.

After the car moved back into the legal lane, Morgan pulled alongside it, opened his window and pointed his service weapon “directly” at the people inside, according to prosecutors.

A criminal complaint filed Thursday states that Morgan and his partner — who was not charged or identified — were driving to the federal Whipple Building to end their shift and get gas at the time.

What ICE/MAGA says happened…..Leftwing terrorists saw an ICE vehicle and tried to run it off the road. In fear for his life the ICE Agent pulled his gun to protect himself.

What really happened…..Two ICE Agents in an unmarked vehicle and no flashing lights were at the end of their shift and faced traffic. So they jumped onto the shoulder and started passing everyone. A citizen saw a car racing up the shoulder and pulled over to block the shoulder.
This enraged the ICE Agent and when the citizen pulled back into his lane, he rolled down his window and pointed his gun at the citizens.

The citizens reported the incident, ICE never did

A lot more poor people are starving because of people who come up with scams like we see in Minnesota and California where people use the plight of the needy as a vehicle to pocket tax dollars so they can get rich. That means less money for the poor people starving.

So we have two charges against the civilian driver.

Lets add context. The DA is well known police hater and allows violent criminals to stay out of prison and has history of going after the police. We also know there is highly organized tracking of ICE agents. Was this a set up? It sure looks that way.

Lets look at the agents response. He is violently cut off by a unknown car. Thats creates threat of imminent bodily harm of death. The car is weapon. The agent had a reasonable belief he was being threatened and lawfully responded by drawing his weapon.
Arrest and prosecute the drivers in the cut off car. The agent will never be convicted in a fair court. So ultimately he wins on appeal of kangaroo court in Minn convicts him.

If a recognizable police vehicle on official business was using the shoulder with lights flashing and someone pulled over to block them, it would warrant a ticket.

But these ICE thugs were at the end of their shift and headed back to the station.
That does not warrant using the shoulder as a passing lane.

I frequently see cars do that in bumper to bumper traffic and someone will pull over to block cars trying to get ahead
