But you realize that there is a legal standard that one has to meet in order to be detained, right?

Cops can't just detain anyone they want. ICE has even less leeway to detain people since their authority extends only over immigration.

There weren't thousands of ICE agents swarming over Minneapolis under Obama.
They weren't breaking into houses without judicial warrants.
They weren't stopping minorities on the street demanding to see their IDs.
They weren't flying migrants to a gulag in El Salvador.

We could go on.
