Only the most expensive stations participate to get your business

if you spend 25 cents more and get 10 cents back you are in the hole

Then you need to take a picture of your receipt and send it in and it must match

hate this ad........I saved 200-300, yeah in a year but you spend 500 more with hassles

That part they don't tell you in the radio ad

totally false advertising

Yeah. They all are.
I looked into a popular one a couple years ago.........they claimed I could save up to .50 cents a gallon after using their app for a few months. I did some research, and like you found........it was ONLY at THE most expensive gas stations in town.

Thats ok. I will just keep my grocery store points card. I get up to $1.00 off PER GALLON of gas most of the time, and they charge a lot less for gas than the "cheap" stations do in my area. And it's good gas too........not that watered down shit.

fact it's fake it should not be allowed, if you really want to save money you get the station CC which does save you money

1 buck off per gallon by using grocery store points?

do tell what grocery store and do they have their own station?

My albertsons has their own station but the gas is always high

funny part, plenty of diesel trucks around, they don't have it

Yeah, I been shopping Tom Thumb (which Albertsons bought out) since the 70s.
I've had my savings card since they first started the program in 1996.

Yes, some Tom Thumbs have their own gas stations. But you can use your points at Gulf and Texaco too.

I've paid as little as $1.25 per gallon before, during Trumps first term, when regular unleaded got down to around $2.60 a gallon.

You can also use your points on free grocery items, and money off your check out bill.

Over the past few years, I've bought about $160.00 of grocerys and only paid about $40.00 at check out.

So, to me..........yeah, its worth it.

If you have a Tom Thumb there............you can email or call up their customer service and see if they will convert your Albertsons account to a Tom Thumb account. They should be able to do that.

wow, shocked they are still keeping that deal with prices now way higher than the mid 90's

usually when something is too good they stop it

never heard of tom thumb, I thought that was some old cartoon?

sounds like it's like a dividend type CC but the buck off per gallon is a massive loser for them

what is their incentive to give you 1/3 or 1/4 off per gallon, not per tank?

Money off per gallon of gas keeps you shopping at the store. And the more you buy, the more points you get, and the faster you can get that $1.00 off per gallon.

They've been having a triple points special on a lot of company brand grocery items, which I buy anyway, cause they are better than brand name stuff. So last month I got 2000 points. You can only use 1000 points at a time for gas, which is $1.00 per gallon, so I got my friend to come over and get gas too for $1.00 off per gallon. She loved it.

They are still running the triple points this month and I'm already over 1000 points again. So I can get another dollar off per gallon next time I go to get gas.

And they don't put extra points on just stuff that doesn't sell well, they also put them on popular items too, so I stock up when they do this. They also have a LOT of "buy one, get one" sales. But this month, they've got a "buy 3 get 3 free" sale going on a lot of stuff.

Unlike other stores..............Tom Thumb is known for REALLY having the kinds of sales and specials that help people out with their grocery budgets. Like, last month, besides the extra points............they were having big brand name cereals on what I call "super stoopid special", for $1.50 a box........regularly $4 to $5 a box. So I bought a few.

Always got some excellent sales going on there.

good incentive, it's basically Albertons in Texas from what I just read

but search states not all have a gas station but many do

sounds like you got a good deal, thumbs up

I only have a rez and it's always cheaper of course but not a fan of giving my money to them

they take that money and gambling money and like to buy up local farms and convert them back into

nature with pine trees, no farming.........no hunting [but they can]

More trees is good but takes away another resource too

when they offer an almost retired farmer millions for their land, well they take the deal
