ICE agent being railroad by MN Courts

I go by it all the time, because I don’t have all the facts and only those with all the facts can make a fair decision.
Not "all the time". Just when it's convenient.

The other day you had decided that Biden was lying when they said they were unaware that there was going to be a search of Mar a Lago. You didn't have "all the facts", you had ZERO facts.

So, they were on duty. Case closed.
Being on duty doesn't automatically give them the ability to violate traffic laws.

But even if it did, it doesn't give them the right to point a gun at someone's head for briefly blocking their car.

Yes, it does give the right to violate traffic laws. Cops do it every day. You lie as natural as breathing.

Police are allowed to break traffic laws only in specific circumstances.

None of those circumstances apply to this situation.
So if law enforcement can only break traffic laws in certain circumstances, then why is it okay for a civilian to break traffic laws to block someone on the shoulder? Which by the way is not lawful as I have read up on the law.

If what is claimed is true, which I don’t know, the ICE agent should go to jail, the ICE and the blocking vehicle should both be ticketed.

In Minnesota, you generally cannot use the shoulder to pass other vehicles. The shoulder is intended for emergencies, like a disabled vehicle or for emergency vehicles. Driving on the shoulder to bypass traffic is considered illegal and can result in a fine or other penalties.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation and state traffic laws specify that the shoulder is not a travel lane, except where specifically designated (like in some reversible or managed lanes during rush hours).

*poorly written article. Soros backed DA after ziCE who was after victims in their car? Huh? *

Moriarty, who is backed by leftist billionaire George Soros, went on to say that the case is from a February 5th incident on Highway 62. Morgan was allegedly driving an unmarked, rented SUV illegally on the shoulder of the eastbound lanes near the Portland Avenue exit.

Moriarty said Morgan was appearing to bypass slower traffic and going after the victims in their car.

It is when you interfere with law enforcement efforts.

Hence, Goode riddance.

No you're not. You're on here routinely accusing Biden and his administration of all kinds of things without worrying about what is "proven guilty" and "the other side of the story".

You should try being honest with yourself.
I go by evidence after a trial, do you believe OJ was guilty of murdering his wife? Do you believe Zimmerman was guilty in the Martin case, was Rittenhouse guilty in his case? Spare me your BS.

If all you're doing is arguing about whether the civilian should get a ticket for a minor traffic infraction, then you're really just trolling the thread.
