Not "all the time". Just when it's convenient.I go by it all the time, because I don’t have all the facts and only those with all the facts can make a fair decision.
Maybe they knew it was ICE which is why they cut them offICE car was not marked and was using the shoulder as a hi way
Being on duty doesn't automatically give them the ability to violate traffic laws. So, they were on duty. Case closed.
So now you admit they were ICE and they were on duty. Why do you play mind games and display dishonesty? The ICE agents were not "after scoffkaws".
They were driving back to end their shift.
If they are wacko anti ICE activists they were not innocentYes. They were innocent of “harassing ICE”.
ICE was driving illegally. That’s reckless driving.
Yes, it does give the right to violate traffic laws. Cops do it every day. You lie as natural as breathing.Being on duty doesn't automatically give them the ability to violate traffic laws.
But even if it did, it doesn't give them the right to point a gun at someone's head for briefly blocking their car.
Lush says so so it must be a flaming tirade.By “threatened” he meant “ pissed”
QEDYou're a troll. I'm out.
Being an anti ICE activist is not illegal. If they are wacko anti ICE activists they were not innocent
So if law enforcement can only break traffic laws in certain circumstances, then why is it okay for a civilian to break traffic laws to block someone on the shoulder? Which by the way is not lawful as I have read up on the law.Police are allowed to break traffic laws only in specific circumstances.
None of those circumstances apply to this situation.
Obstructing Justice is.Being an anti ICE activist is not illegal.
It is when you interfere with law enforcement efforts.Being an anti ICE activist is not illegal.
Harassment and obstruction of justice AND reckless driving by the activists is illegalBeing an anti ICE activist is not illegal.
It is when you interfere with law enforcement efforts.
Hence, Goode riddance.
I go by evidence after a trial, do you believe OJ was guilty of murdering his wife? Do you believe Zimmerman was guilty in the Martin case, was Rittenhouse guilty in his case? Spare me your BS.No you're not. You're on here routinely accusing Biden and his administration of all kinds of things without worrying about what is "proven guilty" and "the other side of the story".
You should try being honest with yourself.
Are they pointing guns at their heads ?Dimocratsin the streets who harass and block the agents, are the ones NOT above the law!
If all you're doing is arguing about whether the civilian should get a ticket for a minor traffic infraction, then you're really just trolling the thread. So if law enforcement can only break traffic laws in certain circumstances, then why is it okay for a civilian to break traffic laws to block someone on the shoulder? Which by the way is not lawful as I have read up on the law.
If what is claimed is true, which I don’t know, the ICE agent should go to jail, the ICE and the blocking vehicle should both be ticketed.
