there is no one simple answer to the question in the opening post but I do know that most wives can be assisted if a husband will go with them to a church or synagogue and try their best to enjoy the fellowship with the group of people that their wives would want to be with?

My wife has been leading me to churches for twenty five years now and I am so thankful to have met the amazing people that I would never have met if I had not allowed her to lead me to them. My wife and her friends are powerful evidence that the gifts and miracles operating in the Book of Acts are still alive and at work in our time period.

IDK if you meant your statement this way, but it sounds like you confronted your spouse with a near death experience that encouraged her to embrace sprirituality. LOL. Not making light of your meaning--but it sounds a bit humorous.
