Swinging beef is cheaper than cuts. (If you can get it) Nobody is set up to ship, handle, or accept swinging beef anymore. Grocery stores haven't cut meat in so long there aren't any butchers anymore.

My boats are already filled through mid July for fishing. Next year's duck trips are already filled except for like three days and this year's hunting sucked, way less birds than normal.
