Yes, the second photo IS a baby, just in the earliest stages of life. But that second photo is not when surgical abortions occur. Typically, a woman who wasn't planning to get pregnant doesn't even know she's pregnant until she has missed at least one period, sometimes two. And by the time she verifies she is pregnant and makes an appointment to see a doctor, she is obviously many weeks farther along than that dishonest photo you posted.
