I don't know why he had trouble following, that RINO has been in the pocket of the US Chamber of Commerce since he's been in TX politics. He loves him some corporate welfare.

Texans love him though.....He was re-elected last go-round by the largest margin a incumbent US senator has ever been elected by.

Chucky is just mad that he does not want to spread the welfare around that he wants. At least if corporations get them some of that welfare it might (spit) "trickle-down" to producers but Chucky's welfare won't do squat for the producing class but increase their taxes and tax them again with inflation.
