Hurd in Texas retained his seat by less than 1 percentage point.

What you fail to realize is that many Republican voters reluctantly voted for Trump and it was not because of his policies. It was a vote against Clinton. That was the will of the people.

Campaign ties to Putin, i.e. collusion (does Mueller have anything serious?)
Hush payments (not a major problem for Trump per Dershowitz)
Kavanaugh sexual abuse (bring it, the GOP needs more energy for 2020)
Abuse of power (no real basis)
Puerto Rico (no real basis)
Emoluments clause abuses (doing business is not taking "gifts" from foreigners)
