How Much Does Our Vote Actually Matter?

No, they’d win one election then people would remember why we voted them out before.
Lazy-Fairies

The Old Right GOPers didn't really care about the issues it pretended to oppose, or else Liberalism would have been eliminated in the election of 1968. It only cared about increasing the power of the incompetent plutocracy, the Nobility with No Ability that would go hog-wild and cause a recession.

But those fossils are being replaced by Populists. This imminent take-over is the flip side of what happened to the formerly Democratic Party's traditional leaders being replaced in the Sick Sixties by spoiled and snobbish know-it-alls, Whiteys Hating Whitey.

Before Trump got in, Obama had a great economy. Remember we raised min wage but the increases didn't happen till 2017, then Trump took credit for wages going up.
There hasn't been a minimum wage increase since 2009. Trump's tax cut is what raised take home pay during his administration.

Actually, fewer than 2 percent of workers earn as little as the minimum wage.

Based on your same number, even factoring inflation, Biden did better than trump

I think the problem is more about overpopulation than politics. Low wage workers pay very little in taxes, so tax cuts don't benefit them much. While we are a high-tech society the bulk of jobs don't require much skill, so there's a great divide in wages. This won't be overcome any time soon. We aren't going to artificially raise wages just because the cost of living is high. As high-tech progresses we need even fewer higher skilled workers. This doesn't bode well for anyone. We are making ourselves obsolete.

Being that the planet is overpopulated, I think it's great that fewer people are having kids. That might hurt me in 8 years when I go to retire and collect social security, and it might not help growth in corporate America, but I don't think growth is good. Not when we have 8 billion people on the planet.

Immigration is going to save us. But it needs to be legal immigration. But the fact is, we need them. You and I don't want to do that work and we aren't having kids so....

I long already casted my vote for Donald Trump a couple of weeks ago, but I was just wondering since my state (Ohio) always turns red anyways, am I actually making a different? I mean, it seems like there are just red states and blue states that typically stay that way then why do we vote? Although this year I swear that New York is going to turn red. 😁

Nope, about 20% of the population lives in a swing state....

But I do that unskilled work. That's my job and I love it. The only (semi) skilled work I ever did was meat cutting, and even that has been reduced to a low skilled assembly line job nowadays. The skill that I bring to my job is organizational skills, efficiency, etc. The tasks themselves are very low skill.

If You're Not a Union Man, You're Not a Man at All. You Are a Manservant.

The slavish races imported by the Daddy-appointed rulers will never unionize. All the jobs they steal would be high-wage if Whites would unionize and take away the excess profits of the laissez-fairy parasites.

Unions never should have become dependent on the falsely educated snobs who stole the Democratic Party. Before they could stab us in the back, they took away our backbone.

I was in the Meat Cutters union and benefitted greatly. I'm all for unionism as long as it doesn't bankrupt the businesses that it succeeds in organizing. This happened to the last supermarket I worked for. Six months after being organized the store closed. I had the occasion to sit down with the young union organizer before the owner signed the contract. He didn't give a shit if the store did go out of business.

A dozen full time employees, some with young families, as well as a dozen part time kids lost their jobs. The store never reopened.

Many stories about the excesses of the unions destroying businesses, careers, and employment. Corruption within big unions is legendary.

It matters 100%. Ohio is not exactly a given. Obama won Ohio both times.

I live in the bluest of blue states and I would never not vote even though the electoral votes never go to my candidate.

Nada. Nothin. Zilch. The vote exists to give people the impression that they have a say. Keeping people at ballot boxes keeps the off the cartridge boxes. Furthermore, voting enables the system to blame voters when things go wrong. Millions dead in Iraq because of nonsensical WMD fairytales? Well, you voted for this! Just vote differently next time!

The only thing I would add to that is that it keeps people continually engaged in the sham system. The PTSB always get the public to think their vote is extremely urgent, and that this is "the most important election of our lifetime." (See the video below) The PTSB have to keep the public engaged in the sham system, because that's precisely how they maintain control and get the consent of the public for all the things they do.

You are far more likely to turn black than NY red.

Abortion is a terrible hill for Republican's to die on. If they would wash their hands of it, they'd win every election.
You've sold your soul.
Republicans don't "run on abortion"
The Democrats are. And the Democrats are LYING. And you're too cowardly to stand for anything.

Nothing quite like the 11th hour jitters......~S~

"This is the most important election." Love that one. Never get tired of hearing it, or people having amnesia about them saying that four, eight, twelve years ago. The biggest cope I've heard is that, "well, the elections just keep getting more and more important!" Lol. Lmao, even.

In California we will find out if ( Doug LaMalfa ( R ) Dist 1 Wins ) and if Steve Garvey ( R) Wins over Adam Shifty Schiff ) and if our State Assembly Member remains a. Republican in Dist 1

Ignorant "argument." It is important because the country we once WERE keeps losing ground. That is why each election is more crucial than the last.

What form if government would you two have if not a Constitutionally Limited Republic? It is the best we can create until Jesus Christ establishes His Kingdom

The form of government is totally irrelevant. Do you have a chart where you measure the importance of elections? A little graph or something?

Once all unions are gone, we will see things like overtime pay messed with. Cuts to employer offered health insurance, paid sick time, the list will go on until the Uber wealthy control it all. And the masses will have some how, some way, actually bought into their slide backwards.
