We are here because Donald Trump tore up the deal that Iran agreed to. That deal had so many safeguards with inspectors and more stuff.

As with most things Trump touches, he creates a problem then demands credit for solving an issue, leaving out the knowledge that he created the problem to begin with.

I think Trump and his people are actually talking to sane people in Iran but they don't have control over the IRGC. And, I do think they are trying to form a plan for the sane to get control of the country but that is easier said than done.

The IRGC has never been sane. The people who knew how to keep the rank and file in check are all dead.
