How living in their mom’s basement has replaced the American dream

If I were young and entering the workforce these are the new rules which I would follow.
1). Don't buy a house until the age of 40.
2). Do not get married. Stay single.
3). Do not have kids.
4). Save save save. Have no fun. Only work. Do not enjoy life for the most part.
A win for the nation. Less debt less kids. I hope this trend takes hold.
