How do you "follow" someone, and how do you find out if someone is following you?

The first thing I do is check to see if they have taken out any restraining orders against me.

Well at least that does narrow your choices a bit.

Simple:

1. Mouse over a person's moniker at left.
2. Click on FOLLOW

Or:

1. Click on your own name/account at top right.
2. Click on FOLLOWING or IGNORING right there to see lists of each.
