Of course. There are always exceptions. But most Palestinians support the intentional targeting and murdering of Jews on Oct 7. You would be hard pressed to find many Jews who would have supported such a deliberate massacre of innocent Palestinians - and of course Israel would never have done such a subhuman, savage thing.

The US supplies "aid" to it's allies in the region in a variety of ways, one of which is providing arms to them, either through sale or for free. Which is something we do not do with middle eastern countries like Syria and Iran which are not our allies. We give them sanctions and embargoes. However the US has supplied military aid to rebel groups that oppose them.
The U.S. is the largest arms supplier to the Middle East, with a policy of selling to allies to counter Iranian influence, with Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE being major recipients.
That won't change if "aid" is cutoff to Israel as Israel's GDP is ~600 billion per year.
