What about all the other concepts and terms that are defined by the law? Why aren't you worrying about all those definitions.
I mean, wouldn't you rather be able to anticipate what is legal or not? There are all sorts of laws limiting speech and limiting all sorts of things. Does any of that being labeled "dangerous"?
