IMHO, at this point, everybody,,as in EVERYBODY, can take their blame and shove it. Right now the disaster is way too critical for blame. Save it for later, and instead of bitching, learn something from it. But right now, we have learned that the situation is even worse than anticipated. It has been announced, on Friday, that the lead in some tested homes is up to 4,000 ppm. What that means is that the faucet filters are useless because they can only filter up to 1500 ppm (I think that's the number). My family there is frantic. Besides cooking, clean water is necessary for so many things you don't think about..tooth brushing, washing vegetables, pets..the list is depressingly long. And to date nobody is DOING anything to alleviate the issue. No offer of loans to replace pipes into homes and within homes which is said to average about 4K for a 1 story within, plus the line to the outer connection..which nobody can find because they are so old. Take heed all old towns! This problem is coming your way. And please shut off the blame and DO SOMETHING.As a side note, this effects children for the most part, that is under 10,000 people. It is important to add filters to their home supplies and schools.
