My daughter didn't drop out of med school. She finished and is now medical-board-certified emergency medicine Physican in two states. I asked her. She isn't a cardiologist, but heart attacks are among the most common reasons people appear in the ER. As a baferd, she is familiar with lots of reasons for heart attacks and strokes. I doubt you know the difference between an artery and a vein.
