And the poster I was responding to, thinks Obama or Biden appointed the state prosecutors in Utah? You think him stupider than I ever imagined. I doubt that. Perhaps he somewhat anticipates the DOJ resting control of the prosecution of the case, moving it from state court to federal court. That would make his concerns at least valid, even if I had any suspicion, DOJ would us Obama or Biden appointed federal prosecutors, which I do not. If selling the administration story, they might have to be in a position to prosecute on their terms, but still have to put up with defense having access to all the experts that have shot holes in the story, and the public's knowledge, the story does not add up. Then have to get it past a unanimous jury, beyond doubt. It looks pretty iffy.
