Not against Federal Employees
I know several with the feds, civilians who haven't taken it. They're being pressured but not threatened with their job. Different story with the military. Dont think they have a choice.

If you insist on putting your fellow employees at risk, you can work elsewhere
The Constitution mostly says what the government CAN'T do. The powers not expressly granted to fedgov are reserved to the people and to the states. Thanks for the laughs, the Constitution gives authority to the govt. not the people.

Yes, leftist totalitarians always emphasize the group over the individual. No one is preventing you from living the American dream as you sleep. You live in a world of natural laws and natural laws dictate that society is more important than the individual.

That is, they do not have any constitutional right to administer in the states. Then how do they carry out repressive measures of vaccination? Through which mechanisms of power?

Herd immunity applies when a significant majority of the public has been exposed to COVID or the vaccine. We already know that COVID itself provides more effective and longer lasting immunity than the vaccines.Vaccination is not going to stop the spread because we do as of yet have 100% herd immunity.......And people have to do their part to prevent it as well....Quite frankly
I do not give a damn if anyone takes the shot or not..But I do not want to see your family on TV pissing and moaning and crying because a family member died from COVID!
According to the constitution, regional authorities in the United States (and in other countries) do not have subordination to the presidential administration. And the presidential administration, the executive branch, leads only health care institutions and other institutions subordinate directly to federal departments.
