This would give them an immediate bargaining chip with everyone to negotiate the freezing of any settlements, removal of any walls and perhaps some of the newer settlements, and/or cancellation of the building of any that are planned.

How's that? Or do you think that Israel would line up on these borders and attack?

But it had not been arab muslim since 1099, the history books don't lie. The fact they did not declare their intentions of independence until 1988 means that all that was agreed after this date is still in existence, and that the UN charter applies to the Jews right of return to the land forcibly stolen from them in 1948/1949

The Palestinians did offer to give Israel 78% of Palestine.

Israel refused the offer and has yet to agree to that concession.
