Physical abnormalities of the child at that point is a major driver. So no exceptions for rape or health of the mother?
That would be considered an anti-abortion stance.
Rape is covered by the 10-15 weeks allowed for birth control abortions.
Health is a poorly defined term, again "I may get swollen ankles, get this thing out of me"
Abnormalities that lead to non-viability would lead to an abortion not for purposes of birth control.
Plus, many of the defects that people would abort for can be found out before the 10-15 week period.
