Presidents are fulcrums, but it is the entire federal government that has been destroying the US Constitution. The destruction to date was not possible without Congress, federal judges, federal bureaucracies, and, of course, media which is a tool of government. Taqiyya the Liar built upon the federal government framework that was there before he took office.
Basically, the federal government is the enemy of freedom-loving Americans. Logically, a majority of Americans should despise the federal government even more than they hate the Liar:
Taqiyya the Liar not only planned on lying when he swore the oath of office, he was certain the rest of the federal government would protect him:
If the Liar had any intention of enforcing the Constitution he never would have engaged in the following:
NOTE: Taqiyya the Liar did not “. . . build walls on our borders. . .”. That was the only time he did the job despite the Secure Fence Act of 2006. Construction on the fence began before the Liar took office:

There is no difference between protecting our Constitution with a fence or a wall; so presumably, President Trump will build his wall in partnership with Congress. These first two definitions of wall certainly apply:
Finally, Hillary Clinton’s generous use of campaign doublespeak means one thing: Her position as fulcrum will allow her to use dynamite on the Constitution in order to bring it down once and for all.

I’ve copied the relevant parts of Article 2 from the Constitution below, which describe the operative parts of the job of President. I’ve left out elective and other non job operative clauses. Article 2 is also where you find the specific and unique Oath of Office for the President. Holding them to that Oath is the job of the media and the other branches of government. That too has been lost.
Taqiyya the Liar not only planned on lying when he swore the oath of office, he was certain the rest of the federal government would protect him:
It is fair to say that the “constitutional scholar” makes no pretense of defending the Constitution. Indeed, swearing his oath of office was the first lie he told as president.

You will notice that there is no delegated power to the President to: make national policy, write executive orders, enter into and conclude international agreements, build walls on our borders, pay ransoms for Americans, support or defend any international law or body, write regulations with the force of law, grant amnesty to mass groups of people, engage our military in foreign nation building, have or control a national police force (F.B.I.), set aside and control land within the states, arm a plethora of different departments and agencies and a variety of personnel within them, deny or restrict arms to the people including importation, create new departments and the czars to run them, act independently when Congress does not, initiate hostile military action without a declaration of war, refuse to comply with any part of the Constitution, require the purchase nationwide of a government product as in health care, nor selectively advocate or repress individual rights as any president chooses. This is not an exhaustive or complete list.

wall (noun)
1. An upright structure of masonry, wood, plaster, or other building material serving to enclose, divide, or protect an area, especially a vertical construction forming an inner partition or exterior siding of a building.
2. Often walls. A continuous structure of masonry or other material forming a rampart and built for defensive purposes.
