Once again Trump was right. Putin waited until we got a weak enough leader to choke off our own fuel supply and made the US dependent on him to keep prices from hitting ridiculous levels. Not only has this moron made the Taliban the most well armed terrorist group in the world, but left us virtually helpless to do anything to stop Putin because the retaliation would be to destroy our economy with fuel prices.

Trump's comment was in no way intended as admiration. He was just stating a fact. Putin was smart for waiting until we had a completely incompetent leader in which he could take advantage of. That doesn't mean he approves of it, just that Putin was making the best choices for the goals he wished to set.
