That could happen. A million dollar home usually has an approximate 5000 dollar premium per year. What happens when everyone makes a claim for their house? Yeah, they're supposed to cover but when they charge only 5000 per house, how do they come up with 500 million. Im no fan of insurance companies either but its simple math.
