I think the apostles asked a lot of stupid questions that Jesus had to answer in parables, so I don't like all the gospels and even indulge in the Apocrypha on occasion.

I think it's good to question everything! It brings you to a better understanding. But when the questioning becomes infantile arguments...that's when I step away from it.
When I was a kid, I used to ask my father this:
If God created the Heavens and the Earth, who created God?
He had to come from somewhere...someone else had to make this God, we know today. Just like everyone and everything on this earth...it evolves.

Me neither, in fact, it sounds incredibly egotistical and cocky. Something that might enrage Satan or make him laugh, it's not really worth it without something important to gain.
Yeah, that's why I have such a hard time understanding the Bible.
I honestly don't know but I just believe that He always was.
The gospels were written for different audiences and had different themes. The books you are talking about were written before the time of Christ so there' no real overlap between them and the gospels.
Let me give an example of what I was talking about. If an atheist gives to the poor and helps animals and children in need will he or she go to Hell just for being an atheist? That just doesn't make sense to me that they would.
No one is going to Hell. No one is going to Heaven either.
I believe we are still here on earth. But in a Spiritual sense. Whether you are a Christian, Jew, Atheist, Agnostic...and those other "Beliefs".
Isn't everything God creates good? Does God love all of his creatures? Doesn't the blood of Christ redeem everyone?

I bet that it didn't make too much sense to Satan either, so he and one-third of God's angels decided to rebel against God. Lucifer was God's most beautiful creation and all this nonsense about Satan being full of pride is propaganda to smear the uprising. Lucifer is the light bearer, he wants to free us from bondage and represents true freedom.
What is heaven? What is hell?
What doesn't make sense? That life isn't fair?
I don't agree with you there. WAY too many unrepentant democrats in this world. I also don't believe that those who deserve it don't go through this life with no reward in the end for it.

No. But if you are going to make statements about heaven and hell, you at least ought to have some perception of what heaven and hell is. You can't just say no one is going to heaven and no one is going to hell without being able to say what the heck heaven and hell are.
So when you say no one is going to heaven, what the heck does that even mean? If they aren't going to heaven or hell then where the heck are they going and how do you even know about it?
