Democrats picked up ground in the Senate and governors’ mansions and kept their losses to a minimum in the House. This happened even as President Joe Biden’s approval rating was well south of 50%.

I'm thinking it's a 5-alarm dumpster fire at the DNC about now.
NYT/Sienna came out with their final poll before the election, and Trump and Harris are running dead even in the National number. Harris's lead has vanished. (that same poll, Biden led that number by 8+ points in 2020, and Hillary led by 5+) Favorability is tied at 48% each.
Could Trump win the popular vote? The poll says it could happen...
Trump continues to pull ahead in the Swing States, and it looks more and more like Harris will have to sweep the blue wall States to win.
Dangerous to read tea leaves from early returns, the unaffiliated voters will be the deciding votes and there is no way to predict where they are landing right now...

Blue states generally stay blue. However, in 2024 the blue-collar unions seem to be leaning to Trump. The 75% "wrong track" number could translate into Trump votes. This election has the weirdest divide that I can remember, women for Harris and men for Trump. Catholics, Hispanics, and Blacks are voting more for Republicans than in past elections. I'm cautiously optimistic that Trump will squeak out a win.
But does Trump ever give straightforward answers and not word salads?
Seems it is unlevel treatment.....goose vs gander?
