Handmaid's Tale Outfits and Leftist Women.....

I have a feeling the Founding Fathers weren't saints either.
And they made a deliberate point to not create a Christian nation.

What you keep forgetting about Christianity is the inherent admittance that we are all sinners, and it's the striving for improvement that is the actual goal.
I have never once heard any of you say this about Hillary or Obama.

Not. Once.

You are all hypocrites.

Also, as I keep saying, Trump is UNREPENTANT.

Trump not only refuses to repent, he pridefully wallows in his iniquities.

And you voted for that slug and somehow still bleev we are Christian nation.

Cognitive. Dissonance.

It isn't there. No cognition.

At all.

They separated church and state at the federal level, more so to protect religion than to punish it. Applying this to the States didn't happen until the 14th amendment, before that a State could have it's own official religion if it chose to do so.

I'm not the one doing that. You are the one doing it to Trump and ignoring it in anyone else.

before Trump you weren't this crazy. I pity you.

Ah! On this we agree.

The separation of church and state wasn't so much to protect government, though that is a large part of it.

The separation was also to prevent religion from being infected by politics.

Like MAGA politics has infected Christianity here in America. Just like politics destroyed Christianity two centuries ago.

The unbelievers of Europe attack the Christians as their political opponents rather than as their religious adversaries; they hate the Christian religion as the opinion of a party much more than as an error of belief; and they reject the clergy less because they are the representatives of the Deity than because they are the allies of government.

In Europe, Christianity has been intimately united to the powers of the earth. Those powers are now in decay, and it is, as it were, buried under their ruins. The living body of religion has been bound down to the dead corpse of superannuated polity; cut but the bonds that restrain it, and it will rise once more. I do not know what could restore the Christian church of Europe to the energy of its earlier days; that power belongs to God alone; but it may be for human policy to leave to faith the full exercise of the strength which it still retains.

This is one of the reasons I quit my church a few years ago.

I am absolutely sickened by seeing so-called Christians supporting an openly brazen demonic force.

And yet you side with the people trying to destroy religion in public and private, all because you got sand in your vagina over Trump.

Again, I pity you.

I pity you fools for being trapped inside a Fallacy of the Excluded Middle.

You idiots think because I am a Never Trumper, I am a liberal or a Democrat.

This, despite ALL of my posts telling you fools that Trump is leading YOU into the liberal cave.

Gee, why would I say that if I was pro-liberal or pro-Democrat?

I swear, your brains would break if you began using them for once.

Then you are a useful idiot for the progressive cause.

Lenin would be proud.

She was kept on life support at the request of her family to preserve the life of the grandchild. The child was delivered prematurely by c section. It did not survive. The mother has since died as well.
Yes, of today, they took her off life support.

It was a given the baby wouldn't survive.

The law is what did this, they just happened to agree with it

Be honest.

Who's trying to destroy religion in private?

What is the percentage of true mental illness on this board? Leftist, at least 75%

I think you have to be a card carrying sociopath if not outright psychopath to even get your foot in the door over at the Democrats these days.

Who's trying to destroy religion in private?

When you advocate Pride instead of just teaching tolerance, you go directly against the wishes of many parents and individuals of religious persuasion.

When you force bakers or photographers to accept SSM assignments or give up their livelihood, you attack private religion.

What's "advocating Pride?"

The bakers thing is more complicated.

Pushing it in public schools maybe?

The same level of advocacy for any religion would have the anti-religion types screaming.

It isn't complicated at all. For non timely non necessary contracted transactions that don't involve an actual public ACCOMODATON the 1st amendment's right to free exercise wins out over someone's desire to have a certain good or service provided.

What do you mean by "pushing it in public schools?"

The complication for the SSM is that both sides have a legitmate argument. When that case first came up years ago I was instinctively on the side of a public business needs to serve the public. However, over time I thought of the religious aspect and a person may truly feel that doing some things goes against everything they know to be right, so they shouldn't be forced to do that.

However, like in the Civil Rights era, where Black families would have to travel miles and miles and miles before they could find a business willing to serve them or allow them to use the bathroom ect, just because of the bigotry and racism that the country en masse was caught up in, I have a bias to the SS couple.

It's complicated.

If we are a Christian Nation, why did we elect an unrepentant reprobate who regularly violates 9 out of the 10 commandments?

See what I mean about the cult not suffering from cognitive dissonance because that would require cognition?

Why didn't you ***** when the so called 'christian nation' elected Bidumb then?

Mr. 'Conservative'. 🤡 :auiqs.jpg:

Unless you are a Calvinist and are on the whole pre-ordination thing.

He doesn't care about any of that, he only cares about his hate for Trump or anything on the right, he suffers from a disease of the mind. Those are just convenient cudgels that they pull out to try to beat the dead horse with, they just haven't realized no one gives a shit what they say anymore.

Why do you think 'Christian nation' means the government or one man? 🤡 🤡 🤡

You're so funny, you set this unreasonable and unrealistic goal that Christians should only vote for and elect the 'perfect' and 'sinless' person, or they're a bunch of reprobate losers, yet that person doesn't even exist, nor will they, ever. And that's your expectation, not anyone else's, why do you seem to think that everyone has to live up to your expectations? Do you think you're a god, like you claim Trump thinks he is? lol Your strawman bullshit is tiresome and worn out, and you make a fool of yourself constantly repeating it like you're some genius, so proud of yourself (pride is a sin you know). The only mind you're a legend in, is your own. :dunno:

He's an arrogant fool who thinks he sets the bar upon which everyone else is measured. Who the hell does he think he is? Why should anyone give a damn whether they meet his expectations? It's a fool's game he plays, and he's too stupid to even recognize it.
