You can wash your hands with anything if necessary. Just wash thoroughly.

Use dish detergent.

I use Dawn because it works well on grease which is simply fat. Proper hand washing works because the detergent in soaps strip the lipid ( fat) layer from the virus as well as lifting the virus off of the skin
