if you are walking in to a polling place and a man wearing a beret, combat boots, and is holding a night stick while obstructing the entrance, you are being intimidated.
The media has all of these guides out in 2016 on how to tell if you are being intimidated yet refused to call this blatant example in 2008 as described above to be intimidation. Therefore, what the fuck do they know?
