Growing Need

ICE is all over the place here, but schools don't keep that kind of information. Kicking in the doors of every K-12 student in the country would not be the most productive use of time.
Maybe not in your state but I could identify any immigrant kids in my school who was not a citizen. In that way, you are incorrect. That was in two states.

Walk a mile.
When I was as younger man, I ran crews of 30 people who were almost exclusively from Mexico and did so for over 10 years. Few spoke much English, but not a one of them had a child who couldn't.

They were very proud of their children, and I have never encountered a tighter family structure in my life. NONE of them would have ever considered keeping their children ignorant.

...
You met all of their children and evaluated their English language proficiency?

It's child neglect and should result in intervention by CPS.
Gather up whatever courage you can, and step outside your gated community once in a while.

Again, THE MAJORITY OF ESL STUDENTS IN AMERICA'S PUBLIC SCHOOLS ARE NATURAL BORN CITIZENS. How many times do I have to repeat this?

According to a survey, from AI 72% claim to be US Born. But born to illegals.***

The majority of English language learners (ELLs) in U.S. public schools are American citizens. Estimates from the Census Bureau’s 2016 American Community Survey indicate that among public school students aged 5 to 17 who report speaking English “less than very well,” 72% were born in the United States, compared to 28% who were foreign-born.
This finding is consistent across multiple sources, which confirm that most ELLs are U.S.-born citizens, even though some are immigrants or children of immigrants.
The U.S. Department of Education also notes that the majority of English learner students are U.S. citizens, representing 11% of total K–12 school enrollment.

It's way past the time to be harsh, in fact ICE should be visiting the parents of ESL students to ensure they are in the country legally. They claim there are close to 160 languages spoken in Houston, are we supposed to pay for teachers that speak that many languages?

.
Deport the foreigners and bilingual education becomes unnecessary

Then we can spend the education dollars on American kids

Tourism nets the US over $20 million annually.
Huh? Can't let this go by. $20M? ***

United States remains the world's most powerful travel and tourism market, contributing a record $2.36 trillion to its economy in 2023.

Special costly catering to pet subjects (those whom soon may be retroactive non-citizens) at expense to real American children being constantly rubbed in our faces by this UNK poster is nauseating at best. I'M OUT//

I'm married to an immigrant, you lackwit. Guess what: SHE SPEAKS ENGLISH. Her father speaks English, and it was a multi-year struggle to get her OUT of the ESL crap.

You yourself posted proof (on top of my many links) that we ARE talking about "real American children." Didn't you read your own post?

That number will drop as we deport illegals already here and stop the foreign invasion that existed under biden

Plus continue trying to fix the anchor baby loophole

There is no such thing as an “anchor baby.”
