Michael Cohen talked about "coordinating" with other members of the campaign staff and administration on his Congressional testimony around the Trump Tower Moscow, which he has plead guilty to lying about - that's conspiracy. You have Roger Stone coordinating with the GRU and WikiLeaks via email. And Junior emailing Julian Assange. Over 100 meetings and contacts with Russians that EVERYONE involved with those contacts lied about over and over, until hard evidence of their lies surfaced.
This is just what we've learned from the court filings. What we have yet to see is actual hard evidence that Donald Trump was directing or controlling such behaviour, but we have watched him try to stop, limit and obstruct the various investigations into these matters at every turn. He is guilty of witness tampering and threatening witnesses in his tweets about those who have been arrested.
