After the big fail of the GOP in the midterms and the disgraceful showing of the wacko election denying, Trump candidates, the GOP is finally realizing that Trump is now a liability.

You reap what you sow.

The GOP has had repeated opportunity to distance themselves from Trump, but they never did. Anytime they did, they quickly flip flopped and came crawling back, like Lindsey Graham and Kevin McCarthy did after the disgraceful Jan 6 Trump riot. And all the others did the same after the pussy grabbing video release, rejecting Trump then crawling back.

Only Mitt Romney, John kasich, Liz Cheney, and Adam Kizinger have had the dignity, respect, and character to abandon Trump early.

Now after the losses of Trump candidates, and the threat of more losses, the GOP is attempting to start to distance themselves from Trump. Good Luck (funny how they only abandon Trump when they finally become worried that they might lose their jobs/elections, showing their total lack of character)

Trump will not go quietly at all and will bring down the whole GOP, just like he tried to bring down democracy with his disgraceful Jan 6th riot.

What I find worst is that the GOP overlooked all of Trump's repeated disgraceful behavior for so long (including his fake election denying lies and pussy grabbing and mocking a handicap person), but now that Trump is a liability they jump ship. All the GOP politicians care about is their jobs and power, they do not care about America, decency, dignity, respect at all, and this situation proves that.

If that were true, there wouldn't be a politician left in DC

Haha, I like it when the cultists only have crybaby whataboutism.

The GOP establishment never liked the Trumpsters.

Nothing has changed at all.

Did you forget the way they attacked him in 2016? BTW, did you forget JEB!'s attacks on us Deplorables?

Trump is raging again and demanding a new midterm election. Most men aren't impressed with his tantrums.

Brother the fly here is what do you think about the Republican side who accuses people of sticking around Bill Clinton after his scandal? Or even people who don’t like Obama and accuse Democrats of sticking around with him.

Also people will agree or disagree with the view that certain Republican politicians have discontinued support of Donald Trump.

The point is President Trump is not the first president with controversies associated with him. Popular presidents have had controversies. Another thing to keep in mind here and this is what really gets that many Americans we can say what we want about the personality of Donald Trump or Joe Biden or whatever politician you want to talk about the point is the economy was much better three years ago. And even in this midterm a lot of people voted with there pocketbooks…. even in large Democrat areas in New York.. and remember the great majority of Canadates Mr. Trump endorsed actually won.

So, what do the non-Trumpian Republicans offer to voters; especially the more Traditional and Conservative members of the Right Wing? If their idea of good candidates are Romney, Cheney and Charlie Baker, they are not going to find much traction with those voters.
