That just means that Erick Holder stays as Attorney General.

If the republicans think that it's a good idea to not have an attorney general they didn't listen to Holder when he said he was leaving the job. He said he would stay until there was a replacement.

So this childish garbage of throwing hissy fits really is getting old. Why not start acting like mature adults and realize that the EO on immigration is done and there's absolutely nothing anyone can do to stop it.

That EO was only on people who are what's called Dreamers. People who were brought here as small children by their parents and grew up here in America. America is the only nation they know. It's not their fault their parents brought them here. They didn't have a choice and they should be given a chance to at least become residents if not full citizens.

It's not amnesty. It's just an order to not arrest and deport them. Amnesty would give them a road to residency and citizenship. That's not what Obama has done. Stop lying! If you have to lie how valid is your point and why would anyone pay any attention to even one word you posted?

The invasion happened in the reagan/bush years. These people are adults so Obama didn't allow any invasion. It was reagan/bush who did that along with the bush boy.
