Even the strictest region that bans all abortions considers a pregnancy after fertilization AND implantation. Tubal and ectopic conditions aren't true pregnancies because there is no implantation.

Right me if I am wrong, but that baby may not even make in the first place because it isn't where it should be inside of the woman. Also the woman herself could die too in the process.
