You're making baby talk. Neither ectopic nor tubal pregnancies are viable. They must be terminated. Their termination was not prohibited before Roe v. Wade and their termination will not be prohibited after Roe v. Wade is overturned.

Termination of ectopic pregnancies are not considered abortions, nor are they illegal anywhere, so your feigned outrage is misplaced.

The abortion issue is confusing enough without people lying and deliberately spreading misinformation.
There is no one who says a woman can't have an abortion if continuation of the pregnancy will kill her.
Most pro-lifers won't like it, but would agree to an exception for rape and incest.
However, those three reasons represent a tiny fraction of abortions performed in the United States.
Most women who have abortions do so for lifestyle reasons or for convenience.
However, given that there is a shortage of babies to adopt, there is no reason to ever abort a baby because you can't afford to raise it. Give the baby up for adoption.

When a woman has a tubal pregnancy, the Catholic Church teaches an abortion can be done, but the doctor must remove the tube with the baby in it, not just the baby. It's difficult to explain the reasoning, but it has something to do with removing a harmful body organ rather than an innocent child. If my wife had a tubal pregnancy, I'd probably ignore that teaching and tell the doctor to remove only the baby.
