I think you're referring to Bowzir....not McBarker,
Mr. Magoo's dog (really a Siamese cat) in the 1960s cartoons.
Cant seem to find a pic of him but the pic shown here is definitely not a cat.

We both thought he a dog but never find any proof.

I get to do the victory dance !!!!!

Snip:

Magoo's third and, thus far, final foray into television came in 1977, when the DePatie-Freleng studio (best known for The Pink Panther) licensed the character for a half-hour Saturday morning series, What's New, Magoo? In this production, he was paired with a blind dog named McBarker. The show was about as funny as most of his TV appearances and was not renewed after its initial 16-episode run.

Funny thing is both of us could remember Magoo saying in his Magoo voice "aww Mr'fill in the blank' when it was aww McBarker.

Nebraska is pretty. I have been there a couple times.

I can neither confirm or deny this. I've lived in the same area (roughly 4 sq miles) for 51 years. I've traveled around the state and there are places that are beautiful. And there are places that are as completely boring. I'm sure there are those that would say the deserts of the SW are just as bad if you lived there for 50 years. It's all relative. (literally, this is where all my relatives live)

Just want to say hello and thank you for having me. I'm a middle aged, father of three, from Nebraska. I recently retired early and we are hoping to travel in the next few years. I've been a registered Independent for most of my voting life. I've voted red, blue and non of the above. I enjoy football, hockey, hunting, fishing and stock markets investing. I can be stubborn, but enjoy a lively conversation.
Hi Mister Magoo :hhello:
:welcome:

Hi!

They have internet access in Nebraska?

*****CHUCKLE*****

:)

No. I send my comments via a pigeon to Silicon Valley, someone then posts them to the internet.
